InfraRed Sauna
The InfraRed sauna is a deeply penetrating dry heat which is not only relaxing, but useful for detoxing through intense sweating at the cellular level where toxins reside without exposure to harmful rays. We all are exposed to toxic buildup from chemicals, heavy metals, carcinogens, plastics, pesticides, and other toxins present in our soil, air, household environment, makeup, cleaning products, and food chains. Infrared Saunas are popular for relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, weight loss, and skin purification. Expect to sweat and burn 300-500 calories every 20 minutes. Skin brushing is highly recommended before and natural brushes may be available for purchase at the studio. Please bring several towels from home to sit on and towel off with. It is important to remove the sweat (and toxins) from your body as they accumulate and to shower afterwards. As with any detox, drink plenty of purified water in the 24 the hours surrounding your detox.

Ionic Foot Detox
Toxins and acids pool naturally at the feet due to gravity and each foot contains 2,000 sweat glands, making the feet an ideal place to purge accumulated toxins, including free radicals, body waste products, inactive viruses, bacteria, yeast and fungus, and heavy metals. The colors and textures in the water can be indicative of the body systems cleansed or toxins removed, but there will always be some degree of color because of the ionization, water, and salt. You should judge the foot detox primarily by how you feel afterwards. Children under 5, people with pacemakers or organ transplants, and pregnant and breastfeeding moms should avoid foot detoxes. As with any detox, drink plenty of water in the 24 hours surrounding your foot detox. Foot detoxes are beneficial in any amount, but are ideal twice a week for five weeks.
